ALL Packages would have the basic standard inclusion of:
v Removal of body from place of death
v Preparations of the body/embalming services
v Casket with flower arrangement
v Guestbook
v Interment vehicle
v Securing permit from city hall, cemetery lots and apartments
v Assistance or filing death certificate/claiming death benefits
FONUS is a funeral event planning and management enterprise owned and managed by the cooperative.
We believe that funeral is the last most important event in person’s life.
The funeral event has three important dimensions which are sometimes neglected or not properly attended:
- it is a religious experience;
- it is a social experience-reunions, etc.
- it is a personal experience
We strongly believe that everyone deserves a decent and respectable funeral ceremony and that money should not be a barrier in experiencing such an important event.
We shall offer the most valuable and memorable event one can get at the most reasonable and affordable price.
We shall serve every citizen regardless of religious, cultural and political views or whether member or non-members of a cooperative.
We will treat all customers equally and should be given the quality service they deserve.

THE CUSTOMER-FAMILY
- The Coop Members Customer-Families- these are Fonus members including their immediate relatives who have already pre-arranged plans for funeral services with the cooperative.
- At-need Customer-Families are those who have no pre-need plans and only make arrangements for funeral services at the time of death of a loved one.
- Walk-in Customers-clients who initiates request for funeral services
- Service Agents-clients through marketing initiatives of network contracts in various hospitals and clinics
